After defeating the Blood-Starved Beast from old yharnam, Abductors wielding a bloodied sack, shall be patrolling one of the exits from cathedral ward. To get to Yahar’gul, you will have to allow the Abductors to defeat you and take you away. Doing this will launch a cut scene of your point of view while inside the Abductor’s sack.
After the cut scene, you will wake up inside a cell in Yahar’gul, the Unseen Village.
Upon waking up, proceed outside through the unlocked jail door. At the right, you may pick up a Thick Coldblood from a corpse.
Find the stairs and head down where you will hear a woman’s voice mumbling a prayer. Approach the frightened Cathedral Nun. In order to get a decent conversation with her, you will have to equip the Black Church Attire first. Upon doing so, you will hear about how she was taken and how she is in desperate need of a safe haven so you will have to choose if you will refer her to the Oedon Chapel or to iosefka’s Clinic.
Go back up the stairs head right to where you woke up. Turn left and you will find a spiral staircase.
If you climb up, you will be greeted by another Abductor. If you continue on up, you will find amygdala latched on the building on the altar.
Exit the door opposite the altar where you will find a balcony and a Giant Pig patrolling the staircase. Go straight on the path to your left that opens to a street with carriages lined along the side. After exploring the area and clearing it from enemies, you will find a stone wall where a corpse rests and which gives you the Tonitrus weapon. Back up from where you came from and head down the opposite way.
On the side of the building from where you originally emerged, there will be a stairs leading down. While working your way down, you may pick up Twin Blood Stone Shards from a corpse. At the end there will be a door. As you enter this door, you will find more Afflicted Yharnamites lurking around cells.
From the prison building, there will be a pathway on the side where you will find a staircase leading downwards and to an arched pathway and then back to the prison earlier. Turn left and go to the end of the room where you will find a hole on the wall.
There will also be another door which leads to a cave entrance. Take the stairs downward and there you will find a yard where you will battle the Darkbeast Paarl. This beast moves on its fours but has electricity coursing through its body. At times it will charge an electric forcefield around it. This beast also swipes from left to right with its sharp claws.
If you hit the beast on the head, the electric charge will get lost. At this point, make good use of your charged attacks.
After the battle, activate the lantern and receive the Spark hunter Badge from the beast.
You will find a huge door on the side which will open to old yharnam.
