ADS
A.D.S. stands for Aim Down Sights, it is an effective tactic used in the Call of Duty franchise. Although it may take a second or two longer than just firing from the hip the added increase in accuracy is huge. It is essential that you always ADS before you peek around a corner or open a door as it will prepare you for what's on the other side.
Advancing in Enemy Territory
Make sure whenever you advance in territory occupied by the enemy you ADS and sweep your surroundings, giving special attention to checking corners before moving on to the next location. If you keep your sights placed at headshot height you will increase your lethality. Advancing with the blast anything that moves approach will decrease your chances of obtaining killstreaks.
Aim for Headshots
Although body shots are much easier to land it is more beneficial if you aim for a headshot as not only will it dish out considerably more damage to the enemy but will also help you to down multiple targets before they have have time to react.
Approach the Enemy Slowly
Resist the temptation of sprinting towards the enemy to get some quick kills. Not only will doing so make a lot noise it will drastically increase the time it takes to ADA and react to incoming fire. You will avoid an early demise if you favour a slower approach to combat and only use the sprint function when you need to dash for cover, aggressively flanking, or you know the area is clear of enemy soldiers.
Play the Objective
When playing the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered objective-based game modes it is essential that you always focus on your objective which is to lock down zones, and supply your team with as many points as possible without handing the objectives over to the enemy. Racking up long killstreaks and securing a high KDA may be impressive but it will not help your team secure the points needed to win a round of Domination or Headquarters.
Use your Deployable Cover
Use the deployable cover to your advantage whenever possible. This field upgrade has a fast recharge rate and is a useful tool when you need to capture and hold objectives as it protects you from incoming fire. It also allows you to mount your gun onto it to increase your accuracy when fighting enemies.
Flank the Enemy
Like many of the previous Call of Duty games you will be given plenty of chances to flank the enemy to get some easy kills. Flanking also gives you more opportunities to mark enemy equipment, field upgrades, and killstreaks with the Spotter perk. If you do decide to flank an opponent you may want to consider taking the Ghost perk to conceal your whereabouts and equip your gun with a suppressor to help you sneak about undetected.
Unlock New Items
Focus on trying to reach top rank as quickly as possible as you will be able to unlock new items and upgrades each time that you rank up. These include: New Weapons, Tactical and Lethal Equipments, and Field Upgrades. Each item you unlock will provide you with new build options.
I like the game but it keeps crashing, I am on Windows 10 64 Bit Pro with 24gb of memory and an EVGA GTX 1060 with 6 Gb of Memory. No matter what video setting it crashes and at time will blue screen. It takes a long time in between campaign missions to load,I had to set the video resolution in advanced vide to 150% of my native 1920x1080. All is fine now.
